6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  2. If the Company receives a request as described in the preceding paragraph from a user and determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, the Company will carry out the Correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
  3. When the Company has carried out a Correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to carry out a Correction, etc., the Company will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend the use of or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as 'Suspension of Use, etc.') on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose or was obtained by illegal means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, it is determined that it is necessary to fulfill the request, the Company shall perform the Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. When the Company has performed the Suspension of Use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has made a decision not to perform such suspension, it shall notify the user of this decision without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where the Suspension of Use, etc. involves significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and where alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, such alternative measures shall be implemented.

9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise provided by law or by this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
